Major Features
- Fast content verification. Manzanita CrossCheck performs rigorous checks for standards compliance up to 10 times faster than real-time. Content quality such as blockiness or black frames can also be verified at lightning speeds avoiding workflow bottlenecks.
- Automated workflow. Users can automate the verification process using a watch folder that monitors assets for arrival and quarantines files that fail the test criteria. A web services interface is available for tight integration into asset management and workflow solutions.
- Highest level of standards compliance. CrossCheck leverages Manzanita's reputation for adherence to standards to rigorously verify compliance with CableLabs, MPEG, ATSC, and DVB standards. Examines all MPEG PSI tables, transport headers, adaptation fields and PES header structures in all transport packets, as well as higher level syntax of audio and video access units.
- Audio & Video quality measurements. Checks audio and video elementary streams for errors introduced during encoding, transcoding and other parts of the workflow. Examples include blockiness, black frames, audio levels, and more.
